This satisfying course includes 9 pieces of exceptionally fresh sushi (including domestically sourced natural raw bluefin tuna, Ishikawa Prefecture-sourced blackthroat seaperch, and more), 10 pieces of tempura (including kuruma shrimp, abalone, scallops, seafood from Noto Peninsula, Noto vegetables, and more), seasonal sashimi, and small side dishes.Depending on the season and availability, the platter may include multiple types of seafood such as blackthroat seaperch, crab, filefish, anglerfish, abalone, and oysters.
