This satisfying course includes 9 pieces of exceptionally fresh sushi (including domestically sourced natural bluefin tuna and blackthroat seaperch), 9 pieces of tempura (including kuruma shrimp, scallops and other seafood, Noto vegetables, etc.), and appetizers, sashimi, and small side dishes.*Depending on the season and availability, the meal may include blackthroat seaperch, crab, filefish, anglerfish, abalone, oysters, etc.
